The fund will be strategically balanced, with approximately 50% allocated to renovation and value-add repositioning projects and 50% allocated to brand-new construction opportunities.

The fund will focus exclusively on areas with high Walk Scores that support vibrant, amenity-rich, transit-oriented living.
