Justin Lees is an entrepreneur and operator with over 30 years of experience building and scaling businesses and delivering complex, mission-critical projects. He began his career co-founding one of Canada’s first Internet Service Providers, Uniserve, and has served as Founder and CEO of Solution Shop Consulting Inc. since 1993. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to identify opportunities, build scalable systems, and execute in high-performance environments.

Mr. Lees has worked extensively with leading financial institutions, including RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, CIBC World Markets, Barclays, and Citibank. He has led large-scale projects across major North American markets, managing teams, budgets, and timelines within complex, regulated environments.

His experience in operational execution, financial systems, and team leadership provides a strong foundation for managing a real estate fund platform, with a focus on disciplined execution, performance tracking, and scalable growth.
